10k PAC Raffle
Huge thanks to everyone who supported BAIL PAC by purchasing a ticket for the 2020 $10,000 PAC Raffle. This year’s raffle was a great success, allowing BAIL PAC to support Pro-Bail Bonding Candidates across North Carolina.
This years prize was split evenly among the top 10 raffle contestants. We owe an even bigger thanks to those winners who donated their winning back to NC BAIL PAC. All proceeds go to Bail PAC to benefit bondsmen across the state.

NC ELECTION LAW PROHIBITS THE USE OF BUSINESS CHECKS OR CREDIT CARDS… ONLY PERSONAL CREDIT CARDS, MONEY ORDERS, OR CHECKS ACCEPTED
Drawing will take place at the 2020/21 virtual NCBAA Conference on January 19, 2021. Odds and prizes vary according to number of tickets sold.
There are only 300 total raffle tickets, and 299 tickets can be sold (1 for $100 or 6 for $500). The 300 ticket will be raffled off through a separate raffle, Top Ten Raffle/Buy back in Raffle, described below.
The draw down will be conducted by a third-party group, Prominent Technologies, using their drawdown software. Tickets will be drawn out, until there are 9 remaining ticket. The winner of the Top Ten Raffle/Buy Back in Raffle will be included in the 10 remaining tickets.
Top Ten Raffle/Buy Back in Raffle
Tickets are $20 each. Winner will receive a $10K PAC Raffle Ticket that will be added in after the 10K Raffle has drawn down to the 9 (nine) final tickets. The Winner of the “Top Ten Raffle/Buy Back in Raffle” will have a 1/10 chance of winning the top prize. “Top Ten Raffle/Buy Back in Raffle” Winner will be selected using an online random name selector.
The last ticket remaining wins the $10,000 Prize. If the final contestants so wish, they can split the prize to be divided among the remaining tickets.
Eligibility, Validity and Other Requirements:
NC Law prohibits Political Committees from accepting cash contributions in access of $50 from a single individual per day or on behalf of another individual and requires each committee to report the name mailing address, job title, or profession and name of employer or employer’s specific field for individual whose contribution aggregate is in excess of $100 in an election cycle. Void where prohibited by law. Drawing date is subject to change at the discretion of NCBAA. Odds vary according to number of tickets sold.
