North Carolina Legislative Report

A presentation on the legislative achievements, new laws, 2026/2027 legislative agenda, and layout of the political spectrum in North Carolina for 2026.

All attendees must have paid their dues prior to that date to be admitted into the meeting. If you are already a 2026/2027 NCBAA member you will receive registration instruction via email. If you plan to attend and you have not paid your dues, please pay your dues and register at the link below.

NCBAA Board of Directors Election

  • Both the nominee and nominator must be good standing and have paid dues ($100) for the 2026/2027 membership year.
  • Nominee must have been licensed at least 5 years
  • Nominee must have been a NCBAA member for the 3 consecutive years leading up to the current election.
  • There will be no nominations from the floor of the Annual Meeting unless fewer than eight nominations are received per NCBAA Bylaws.
